Sos Black Pepper

1.     Demi glace (Brown stock)                      250 g

2.     Air                                                         2200 liter

3.     Bawang putih (cincang)                         10 ulas

4.     Bawang besar (cincang)                         1 biji

5.     Black pepper course                              20 g

6.     Butter                                                    2 tbsp
